What gain configuration is best for me?

Low – This option is best if you use mainly IEM’s and low impedance headphones. The 2.5x gain still has enough power for almost all headphones (including 600 ohm models).

Medium – This option is best for low impedance headphones, and slightly higher impedance headphones.

Default – This configuration is best for nearly every headphone available on the market.

Is my personal information private?

Your personal information is kept 100% private. Our site is encrypted with a 128-bit encryption, meaning your data (personal and credit card information) is kept secure from the time you first visit our site to the time you place an order. Under no circumstances is your information shared with another party, guaranteed.

Keep in mind, “it would take significantly longer than the age of the universe to crack a 128-bit key.”

What happens to my credit card information when I place an order?

Your information is sent directly to PayPal for processing. No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. Both PayPal.com and MayflowerElectronics.com are encrypted with the same level of security (128-bit encryption).

How do I cancel an order?

Please send a message to customer support. If your order has not been processed for shipping, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

Where can I purchase Mayflower Electronics products?

Our products are only available on our website and through our distributor’s which you can find on the Distributor page.

How do I return a unit?

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries, some high risk countries we do not ship too. If you are in one of these blocked countries and the website won’t process your order, get in touch with us and we will process your order manually upon verification.

Which address do you ship to?

Due to the fact that your payment is processed by PayPal’s system, we ship to the address on the PayPal account, not the one specified on the order.

Why have I received a bill from customs?

International customers are responsible for VAT & custom duties for their country.  This amount is not included in the shipping cost and will be billed by your country.  If this amount is denied by a customer and the unit is returned to us, customers will be responsible for the return shipping and duties charged.

If I ordered on Friday and select Overnight will I receive my package on Saturday?

Most of the time you should get overnight packages delivered on Saturday.

Do you ship on the weekends?

No, we ship Monday-Friday excluding USPS holidays.

What if I never received my package?

Please contact USPS and report your package as not received. If USPS  shows your package was delivered, the local driver will be contacted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you need assistance completing a claim form with USPS, please contact our customer support.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order is processed for shipping. Tracking information is generally updated between 8-11 A.M. EST.

Can you declare my order as a “gift” for customs?

All international orders are price below $50 or sent as a gift to lower or eliminate customs charges


What are the differences between each O2/ODAC model?

What’s the difference between ODAC Rev A. and ODAC Rev B.?

Both are audibly similar, but the Rev B. model has updated hardware, which means it’s more compatible with different sources. For example, the Rev B. model now works with iPads and PS4’s, whereas the original Rev A. does not. If you plan on using the ODAC with only a PC/Mac/Linux, you can save some money and grab the cheaper model.
